FraserCRE recently managed the design and build contract for the new offices of the World Gold Council in Old Bailey, London. We have extensive experience in negotiating dilapidations claims.
We undertook a health and safety review of all Crawford & Co.'s branch network which included producing a procedures manual and providing a 24 hour help desk.
Financial Account Management
We provide a fully outsourced financial management service, submitting financial reports including trial balances and bank reconciliations to our clients on a quarterly basis. We are R.I.C.S. regulated to hold client monies.
Lease Re-gears and Renewals
FraserCRE frequently work on behalf of clients to utlilise break options and lease expiries to negotiate improved lease terms for tenants. We can negotiate a range of incentives including rent-free periods, service charge caps and fixed dilapidation liability.
FraserCRE coordinated a national branch acquisition programme on behalf of a client, harnessing our nationwide network of agents.
We also regularly market and arrange the sale of freehold property. FraserCRE has recently arranged the sale of a 30,000sqft office in Gloucester for our client, Sun Life of Canada.
Fixed Charge & LPA Receiverships
We regularly take Fixed Charge Receivership appointments from a variety of lenders and advise on all property asset classes. We have recently transacted on properties ranging from sub £100,000 residential and commercial buildings to a £100m student accommodation scheme in London.
